Controlled question bank
Each UKG certification maintains a minimum operational bank of 120 approved active items. Items are mapped to the certification, competency domains, component and difficulty, and remain subject to version control and ongoing item analysis.
Live exam blueprint
The standard live examination contains 60 questions in 90 minutes: 50 knowledge and 10 professional-judgment/ethics items. Each attempt is assembled randomly from the active bank using the competency-domain blueprint.
Difficulty and coverage
Domain selection follows scheme weightings and uses a deliberate mix of easy, moderate and advanced items. Different candidates can therefore receive different questions while being assessed against the same controlled scope and rules.
Integrity and quality review
Focus-loss, visibility or other browser signals can be retained for review, but they do not by themselves prove misconduct. Item statistics and examiner evidence are used to identify questions that should be reviewed, revised, suspended or retired.
Reference framework
The operating model is developed with reference to personnel-certification principles including ISO/IEC 17024:2026.UKG is an independent professional certification body. Each receiving organisation determines how it will use or recognise a credential under its own requirements.
