What it is not
- UKG is an independent professional certification body. Each receiving organisation determines how it will use or recognise a credential under its own requirements.
- Not occupational licensing unless a competent regulator explicitly says so.
- Not a government immigration assessment or guarantee of points or visa approval.
- Not proof that every holder has identical workplace experience.
